About Brendan
I believe life is meant to be fully lived.
The name Zoe comes from the Greek word meaning “fully alive,” and that idea sits at the heart of why I do this work. Much of real life, the meaningful kind, happens within the four walls of a home. Family dinners. Celebrating milestones. Weathering heartbreak. Watching children and grandchildren grow. Home is where life unfolds, and protecting those spaces matters deeply to me.
I’m the founder and lead REALTOR® at Zoe Real Estate Group. I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2012, studying business law, negotiation, and social psychology. That foundation shaped how I approach real estate - analytically, strategically, and always with a focus on helping people make sound decisions under pressure. My goal is to make complicated things feel clear and manageable.
I’ve been in real estate for several years, working with families and individuals who value honest guidance, clear communication, and a steady hand through an important decision. I don’t believe in pressure or noise. I believe in listening well, explaining things clearly, and building a plan that fits your life, not someone else’s.
Outside of real estate, the things that make me feel fully alive are simple and grounding. Spending time with my nieces and nephews (usually playing some brand-new game they’ve invented), training my black lab, Broker - yes, I get criticized for the name - reading with a good cup of tea, driving down a country road in the summer, hiking and camping in the mountains, and watching or playing sports with friends.
I love good stories and moments that bring people together. Books like To Kill a Mockingbird continue to resonate with me because they reflect values of integrity, courage, and doing what’s right even when it’s hard.
At the end of the day, real estate isn’t about transactions for me. It’s about helping people protect the spaces where life actually happens — and guiding them with clarity, care, and intention along the way.
